Seasonal Flavors

Shamrock (March)
This vibrant green meringue is filled with our homemade, dark chocolate ganache with a punch of pure mint.  The combo will have you feeling like your enjoying the classic.
 
Irish Cream (March)
Our Irish flag inspired macaron is adorned with an orange and green meringue, which will have you marching to our door.  We begin with an Irish Cream custard that is mixed into our signature butter cream. Your St Patrick’s Day wouldn’t be complete without some. 
 
Grasshopper (March)
Our Grasshopper Macarons are the perfect combination of our Creme De Cacao Liqueur infused Chocolate and Creme De Menthe Liqueur.
Peach* (May-Aug)
Nothings sweeter than a fresh summer peach! During the summer months we make a homemade peach jam from locally picked peaches.  Sandwiched between a peachy colored meringue.
  
S’mores (July)
Our version of this campfire treat starts with a gluten free graham cracker meringue.  Sandwiched between you will find our homemade bourbon vanilla marshmallow that we fire off to get that toasted flavor.  We dip the top with dark chocolate and sprinkle it with graham cracker crumbs.  Enjoy this gooey treat that will definitely leave you want “s'more.
 
Caramel Popcorn (Sep-Nov)
When a Halloween favorite meets meringue, you end up with our caramel popcorn macaron.  We pop all white popcorn and grind it into the meringue.  We layer our homemade caramel butter cream with a dollop of caramel in the center.  This sweet and salty treat is “spooktacular”! 
 
Pumpkin Spice (Sep-Nov)
A blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and clove brings forth this harvest time staple.  Our homemade pumpkin and cheesecake filling is sandwiched between two spiced meringues.  Its easy to “fall” in love with this flavor.
  
Gingerbread (Dec)
Sugar, spice and everything nice, that’s what these macarons are made of.  Our spiced meringues are filled with a sophisticated blend of fresh ginger and spices sure to make this macaron a holiday delight.
 
  Cream De Menthe (Dec)
Our Vibrant green meringue shells are filled with a delicious Andes chocolate ganache. Perfect to pair with your Peppermint Macarons to add that extra touch of green and red during the holiday season!
Peppermint (Dec)
Tis the season to be jolly about these beautiful candy cane macarons.  The peppermint dark chocolate ganache contrasts nicely against the bright red meringues, which are drizzled in white chocolate. You better believe this will be on the top of your wish list. 
 
Red Velvet (Dec-Feb)
When chocolate and cream cheese comes together it create this southern classic.  We begin with a chocolate meringue tinted to that perfect shade of red and add an ample amount of our traditional cream cheese filling.  This moist and creamy macaron will leave you feeling like your grandma made it.
